In most of personal website, you can find a links page, which includes a selection of websites the webmaster did like, and also a list of partners websites (link exchanges), most of time concerning the same subject, in order to increase and share visibility of the both linked websites on the www.
Nevertheless most of time the website description are very shorts, whereas some websites deserve more detailed article.
